Fireblocks has integrated TRON into its Flow payment infrastructure, allowing over 2,400 institutions to accept stablecoin payments from TRON wallets. The integration, live since August 12, adds TRON to Flow's supported networks, which already include EVM chains, Solana, Sui, and Bitcoin. Fireblocks Flow, launched on June 2, 2026, offers a unified stack for wallet connectivity, compliance, settlement, and reconciliation. This update enables payment providers to accept TRON-based stablecoin deposits and settle in any configured stablecoin. Fireblocks has secured over $14 trillion in transactions across 100+ chains, with the move aiming to bring TRON's payment infrastructure to a professional institutional environment.

Nearly all treasury TRX is sTRX, with no token insurance and a standard 14-day route back to native TRX.

TRON’s daily new account signups surged 42.87% to 230,862 on July 29, marking a one-month high, according to data shared by founder Justin Sun. The jump breaks a range of 150,000–200,000 new accounts seen throughout most of July, based on Tronscan figures. Analysts attribute the growth to rising stablecoin demand on TRON, particularly USDT, which has surpassed $90 billion in circulating supply on the network this year. The expansion has likely drawn new users to send or hold the stablecoin. Additionally, Nasdaq-listed Tron Inc. has increased its TRX holdings to over 707 million tokens, potentially attracting further attention. TRON has listed its TRX token for spot trading and perpetual contracts on Backpack Exchange, a Dubai-registered platform founded by former FTX and Alameda Research employees. TRON DAO announced the listing on July 29, with TRX trading between $0.32 and $0.33 at the time. The move expands TRX's availability on a venue emphasizing regulatory compliance as Backpack continues its growth. Trust Wallet has integrated Tron support via WalletConnect, enabling its 210 million users to connect directly to Tron's decentralized applications. The protocol now connects over 600 wallets and roughly 70,000 dApps, with dApps like Sun.io, JustLend, and Symbiosis Finance already benefiting. Since October 2025, Trust Wallet has processed over $20 million in transactions through this integration. Anchorage Digital has added native TRX staking for institutional clients, expanding Tron blockchain support as demand for regulated staking services grows. Clients can now stake TRX directly from its custody platform or Porto self-custody wallet without moving assets. The move follows institutional custody support for TRX earlier this year. Anchorage cited growing institutional interest in Tron, which processed $2 trillion in USDT transfers in Q1 2026 with 10.9 million daily transactions. The U.S. Treasury Department sanctioned 134 cryptocurrency wallets linked to ISIS-K, with 131 on Tron and three on Monero. According to Chainalysis, the Tron wallets received over $1.4 million since 2023, and Tether has frozen balances on all sanctioned addresses. Stablecoin issuer Tether froze all 131 TRON wallets added to the US Treasury's OFAC sanctions list on July 1, targeting the ISIS-Khorasan (ISIS-K) group. The sanction update also included three Monero addresses, according to Chainalysis. Chainalysis reported that the designated TRON wallets received over $1.4 million since 2023 and sent more than $880,000, with some funds moving to Syria-based crypto exchangers. ISIS-K has solicited crypto donations through its media arm al-Azaim Media Foundation. Tether's action aligns with broader industry efforts to block illicit funds, following its T3 Financial Crime Unit freezing over $450 million since September 2024.
