Galaxy Digital has completed its first tokenized CLO, using blockchain infrastructure to bring private credit and crypto-backed loans onchain.

Galaxy Digital issued its first tokenized collateralized loan obligation (CLO) for $75 million on the Avalanche blockchain, anchored by a $50 million tranche from Grove, an institutional credit protocol in the Sky ecosystem. The proceeds finance Arch Lending’s consumer‑loan facility, with $75 million already purchased and the ability to scale up to $200 million as new loans are originated. The CLO carries a senior coupon of SOFR + 570 bps and matures December 2026. Tokens were issued by INX, listed on its ATS platform, and the transaction is overseen by Anchorage Digital Bank and Atlas Settlement Network, with continuous performance monitoring via Accountable’s dashboard.

Solana (SOL) is poised to recover from a month‑long decline, trading near $127 as the Alpenglow testnet nears year‑end. VanEck updated its Avalanche ETF filing to allow staking up to 70% of its AVAX holdings via Coinbase Crypto Services, generating yield after a 4% service fee. Tokens will be stored by regulated custodians such as Anchorage Digital and Coinbase Custody in cold wallets. The fund will not use leverage or derivatives and will track the price through a custom MarketVector Avalanche Benchmark Rate index. If approved, the ETF would trade under VAVX on Nasdaq, following Bitwise’s recent similar filing.

Mugafi, an AI‑driven entertainment IP platform, has teamed with Avalanche to tokenize films, anime, music and other media assets, allowing creators to finance and distribute projects directly onchain. Using its AI models trained on thousands of scripts, Mugafi evaluates projects before they are tokenised, with the partnership aiming to raise over $10 million now and ultimately exceed $1 billion in annual IP financing throughput on Avalanche’s network. Since its 2020 launch in India, Mugafi has attracted investors such as Netflix, Amazon and Panorama Studios; its 2025 film Kuberaa grossed $35 million worldwide. The collaboration will create new roles across AI, production, blockchain operations and compliance, opening roughly 1,500 creator and studio opportunities in India, North America, Japan and Korea.

Bitwise updated its spot Avalanche ETF filing, changing the ticker to BAVA and setting a 0.34% sponsor fee, the lowest in the space. The trust can stake up to 70% of its AVAX holdings, earning yield that will be split 12% for expenses and the rest to shareholders. A first‑month fee waiver applies to the initial $500 million of assets. The filing also adds a liquidity reserve, tighter Coinbase custody rules, and expanded risk disclosures. If approved, BAVA would trade on NYSE Arca, while VanEck’s and Grayscale’s similar ETFs would list on NASDAQ. All three firms target Q1 2026 approval.
