Momentum measures the current market dynamics of a cryptocurrency. The value is based on technical indicators such as the Relative Strength Index (RSI), the Fear & Greed Index, and the short-term price trend over the past 30 days. The ratio of market capitalization to TVL (Total Value Locked: the sum of assets “locked” in the blockchain, e.g. smart contracts and tokens).
